Before you create the account, three things:

• The AI attendant replies to your clients on its own, on your behalf. You turn it on, pause it and turn it off whenever you want.
• WhatsApp connects as a linked device, and that carries a risk of the number being blocked. Use a number only for customer service, separate from your personal one.
• Paid plans are monthly, with no lock-in, and you cancel from the screen itself.
